Lid is a huge PIA to clean
The lids on these things get dirty. If you cook oatmeal in it, you get some brown crusty bits the stick to the metal plate that forms the lid over the pot. Read more

Best Rice
I use for sushi and regular white rice and they both come out perfect. It also steams perfectly. If you want vegetables crispier cut the steam time in half.
